Stage one - Define
The meet and brief.
We collaborate with the client to establish a brief and the scope of the project.
We then develop and propose a plan, solution that is within the budget.

Stage two - Design
A series of iterations in the course of developing the actual design.
These become progressive more detailed to the point that the design is congruent with the scope of the project.
03
Stage three - Delivery
This is where the project is managed at all levels to the final build.
This involves appointment and management of contractors, and other professionals to ensure that all deadlines are met to exacting standards and on budget.
